Not happy with the items delivered?
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after receipt of your order.
Return policy for exchange or refund
1. Please announce your return always by an email email@example.com. Your message should contain in any case:
• Invoice Number
• Is this a return or exchange (money back)?
• In case of an exchange please indicate which item you wish to exchange and for which replacement product (including size)
2. Pleas add the invoice (or a copy of the invoice) to your return shipment and send it within 14 days to:
3. After the processing of your return shipment you will receive a confirmation email.
4. We execute the back payment as soon as possible. This will always be made within 14 days in which the amount will be deposited into the bank account or credit card of which we received the payment.
• Costs and risks of a return are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Note: When you return the package with postage stamps, you will not get proof of posting receipt. Destination Beach can not accept liability for loss of returned packages. We therefore always recommend to send the package with a package seal. Keep the receipt to track the package.
• Please Use the original shipping carton.
Returns can only be accepted by Destination Beach if:
• The products are not worn or used;
• The original labels are still attached to the products;
• The return has sufficient postage.
